As soon as you ascend rank 10, you are supposed to be given a quest in Logar to go see your Class Trainer in Varanas. The roadline is: Head north from Logar, keep following the path and you'll come to Varanas. (buy runes of magic items)
Then, speak with the Transport NPC on the bridge, who will teleport you to the Class Hall, where you may find a circle of NPCs, one representing each class. Speak with them to learn more about the classes. Be sure you've decided on your class, for is not re-changed. (buy magic gold)
The current cap in magic is set at level 50/50 , 50 for each class, and I guess, runes of magic teams may raise level cap to 52 or much higher. (buy rom item)
